Materials are client funded. Purchasing fees, approvals, discounts, delivery costs, and returns are agreed in writing.
A defined renovation direction with finish selections, room recommendations, shopping links, and spending priorities. Includes a review call and one consolidated revision.
Proposed starting package: up to 3 spaces, one finish scheme, and one sourcing list. Final room scope confirmed before booking. Drawings, purchasing, and management are separate.
A fresh direction for one home's front exterior and entry. Color palette, improvement priorities, simple landscaping suggestions, shopping list, and one illustrative concept. Includes a 30-minute review and one revision.
$100 to begin, $295 before final delivery. Remote photo review. Labor, materials, site visits, drawings, and supervision are separate.

Founded by Katy, the operator behind Lagom Investments, Lagom Home Transformations grows out of hands-on experience with residential renovations, flips, and rental properties.
The work starts with the part Katy loves most: seeing what a dated house could become. That perspective carries through the selections, purchasing, and practical coordination that help an owner make decisions.
Local project coordination is scoped for Atlanta-area properties. Remote clients can access planning and design support. On-site supervision is not included in remote services.

Can you purchase the materials for me?
Purchasing support can include sourcing, written approvals, ordering, tracking, and returns. You fund the purchases before orders are placed. Fees and responsibilities are set out in your agreement.
Can you handle the entire renovation?
We can explore coordination from scope planning through the final punch list. Each engagement defines who contracts with trades, who handles permits, and which licensed professionals perform the construction. Project suitability and the service arrangement are confirmed before acceptance.
Do you work with investors outside Atlanta?
Yes, remote planning and design support can help investors elsewhere. Local site visits and hands-on coordination are limited to an agreed Atlanta service area.
Are these photos from your renovation work?
Yes. The kitchen, entry, bedroom, and bathroom photographs were supplied by Katy from one of her completed renovations. They show one property from several angles. Project location, budget, and sale results are not stated.
What is included in the project price?
Design package prices cover the listed planning deliverables. Materials, contractors, permits, site visits, and additional work are separate unless specifically included in a written proposal.
